Pick the customer and the items. Karr adds the tax, numbers the invoice and posts it to your books.

On a new invoice, Part or Full opens one row per payment, cash today and UPI tomorrow, each with its bank number and what is still owed.
Paid so far, piece by piece
An invoice shows each payment that cleared it: how much, how, when, into which account, the bank number, and a tick once the bank shows it.
Tell them their payment arrived
Each payment on an invoice can be sent to the customer on WhatsApp, with what is still owed. You see it first; it goes only on a press.
An invoice on a phone is a list of lines
On a phone an invoice's lines are a list too: tap one to change it, with a minus and a plus for the quantity.
Bill a customer abroad in their own currency
Set a customer's country right on the invoice and bill them in any currency, at the reference rate for the invoice's own date.
Correct a payment from its invoice
Booked the wrong amount, or bank when they paid by card? Press Edit on the invoice, then Payment, and correct it on the day it came in.
The sales invoice is a grid on a laptop too
The sales invoice has the same grid: Enter moves on, paste rows from Excel, press Ctrl+D to copy a value down.
The spreadsheet on every laptop
A bill or invoice opens as a spreadsheet on any laptop or tablet, every line and value in view. A phone can switch to it too.
An invoice line knows the MRP it sells under
Each line shows the MRP and cost of the stock it sells and what this customer paid; Karr refuses a price above the MRP.
An invoice says what comes next, then posts
The invoice button names the step it opens, such as Next: Money received, and Post invoice waits on the last screen.
Not agreed yet? Send it for their yes
Under a new invoice, one press turns the same form into a proforma and sends the goods out on approval, until the customer says yes.
Raising an invoice on a phone, built for a thumb
On a phone each line is a neat card with − and + for quantity, dates come from a calendar, and the total stays beside Post.
Saving an invoice asks what was paid
Before an invoice is saved, Karr asks how much you received: nothing, part or all of it. Nothing is answered for you.
Sell a used piece on your margin, in one tap
A goods line with used pieces in stock shows New or Used; Used picks the piece by its serial and taxes only your margin.
This sale is not happening
An invoice the customer has not agreed to can become a proforma again while it is still safe; later, Karr says what reverses it and why.
Bill a walk-in customer
The new invoice form has a "Walk-in, no name" button for a customer you will not see again.
Send from your own WhatsApp
Anything Karr sends can go from your own WhatsApp, through the app on a phone or WhatsApp Web on a laptop.

A line discount can be typed as an amount or as a percentage, chosen once for the business.
